Done-For-You Award Booking Services Compared (2026)

The short answer

If you have points and one trip in mind, a per-booking service is the cheapest way to get it booked. point.me Concierge starts at $200 per passenger, and most smaller specialists charge $150 to $350.

If you run a business and want help with the cards, the spending and every trip for the next couple of years, a done-for-you concierge like Point Maestro is built for that. Its fee is 15 percent of the verified savings, with the card plan included.

Two kinds of help

Award booking services find and book one trip with points you already have. Done-for-you concierges also handle the earning side: which cards you open, when, and which expenses go on each.

If you’ll only ever take one trip on points, the booking is most of the value. If you’ll be earning points from business spending for years, the card plan is most of the value, because it decides how many points you have to work with in the first place.

The services compared

Prices below are as published on each company’s website on October 18, 2026.

point.me Concierge. Full-service flight booking from $200 per passenger. They handle the research, the points transfers and the ticketing for that trip. point.me also sells a $200 points strategy session and a search membership if you’d rather do it yourself.

10xTravel award booking. A $50 nonrefundable deposit, with the rest of the fee charged only if their agents find a flight that matches your request. The agents send you the options and step-by-step instructions, and you book it yourself.

Per-booking specialists. Smaller firms such as Book Your Award and Flymiler charge roughly $150 to $350 per passenger to find and book one itinerary. They’re a good fit for a single trip, and they focus on the booking itself.

Point Maestro. A done-for-you concierge for business owners. You get a card roadmap built around your company’s spending, and every trip is found for you. Then I walk you through the booking on a call while you book it in your own accounts. The fee is 15 percent of the verified savings, and the card roadmap is included.

Which one fits

If you have points and one trip in mind, use a per-booking service.

If you want to learn the system and do it yourself, use a search tool such as point.me’s membership.

If you run a business putting $20,000 or more a month on cards and want it all handled, that’s what Point Maestro is built for.

What to ask any booking service before you pay

Ask whether they book the ticket or send you instructions. Ask whether they need your airline passwords; Point Maestro doesn’t. Ask when you pay and whether the deposit comes back if they find nothing. And ask whether they compare the result to the cash fare, so you know what you actually saved.

Real numbers from Point Maestro clients

A dentist’s trip to Italy came in $15,626 under the cash price of the same itinerary. A food distribution CEO earned 2.3 million points in his first year, conservatively worth $46,000 in premium travel. Jordon, who runs a marketing agency, went from zero to 750,000 points in twelve months.

Common questions

What is a done-for-you award booking service?

It’s a service that finds award seats and gets them booked with your points, so you don’t have to search programs or work out transfers yourself. Some book one trip at a time. Others, like Point Maestro, also plan which cards you open and how you earn.

How much does an award booking service cost?

Per-booking services usually charge $150 to $350 per passenger, and point.me Concierge starts at $200 per passenger. Point Maestro charges 15 percent of the verified savings, with the card plan included.

Is point.me a booking service or a search tool?

Both. The membership is a search tool you use yourself, and point.me Concierge books trips for you from $200 per passenger.

Which award booking service is best for business owners?

For one trip, any good per-booking service works. For owners putting $20,000 or more a month on cards, the bigger win is the card plan. That’s where a done-for-you concierge like Point Maestro earns its fee.

Do I have to give a booking service my airline login?

Some services ask for it. Point Maestro doesn’t. You book in your own accounts while Brandon walks you through it on a call.

Find quick answers to the most common questions about our platform

1. How does the pricing work?

I charge 15% of the cash value I save you. Here's a real example: - Business class flight to Japan: $10,000 cash - I book it using 65,000 points + $500 - Your savings: $9,500 - My fee (15%): $1425 - You keep: $8075 in savings The more value I deliver, the more I earn, but you always keep 85% of the savings.

2. How soon will I see results?

Most people have enough points for their first real trip in two to eight months, depending on your spend and what you qualify for. The sooner you start the better. Everyone who waits ends up wishing they hadn't.

3. Do I need a good credit score?

Decent to good. If you're not quite there, we can usually help you get there before we open anything. It's more fixable than most people think.

4. Do I need to own a business?

It helps, since business spend is where the real volume is. But if you've got solid personal spend, this still works. Plenty of our clients run it on both.

5. What kind of savings can I expect?

Most clients save somewhere between $3,000 and $10,000 on a single trip. We book first class seats worth $8,000 and up for a fraction of that in points. The bigger your spend, the bigger the gap we close for you.

6. I already have a lot of points. Can you help?

Yes, and that's the fastest win there is. If you're sitting on 100,000 points or more and you have a trip in mind, there's nothing to wait for. I'll find the redemption and book it. Same as any booking: my fee is 15% of what the trip would have cost in cash.
